Our “Simple” Will Package includes consultation with an attorney and the subsequent custom drafting and legal execution (including witnessing and notarization) of the following documents:

or “spring” into effect upon your incapacity) - Health Care Proxy
The cost is reasonable and competitive, with flat rate pricing for either an individual, or a couple’s package, which includes two reciprocal wills, powers of attorney, and health care proxies. Please contact us and we will provide you with a quote for only the work needed for your circumstances.
We maintain an office in the Merrimack Valley, but we can also arrange for client meetings and document signings at various satellite offices throughout the state, or in many circumstances, in your home.
*Trusts and other advanced estate planning services are extra, but can be quoted upon consultation.
